110-300-0455(2) Licensor observed the attendance records were not easily accessible for department review. 110-300-0455(3) Licensor observed the staff did not have daily attendance record for each center classroom that indicates the name of each staff member, the number of children in each classroom, the staff-to-child ratio, date, and the start and end times of the assigned staff or volunteers.
